Prior to joining GLOBIS, Mr. Yosuke Inoue worked for a consumer products manufacturer, where he was involved in operational management of a Chinese factory for the Overseas Division.
After joining GLOBIS, Mr. Inoue first provided consulting services and training programs for corporate clients across a broad spectrum of industries as a member of GLOBIS Corporate Education (GCE) and led the opening of the GLOBIS Nagoya Office. He later served as GCE Managing Director and now leads the GLOBIS Digital Platform, which aims to spur innovation in human resources development with digital technology. Additionally, as head of the research and development group for new business and venture company creation, he is involved in faculty training and content development. Mr. Inoue also lectures on leadership, creativity, and innovation at GLOBIS University and in corporate training programs. As an instructor, he leads consulting sessions aimed at formulating new businesses for major corporations.
Mr. Inoue graduated from the Faculty of Law at Gakushuin University. He completed the International Executive Programme course at INSEAD, France, and the High Performance Leadership course at IMD, Switzerland.
