Yoshihiko Itakura is a Managing Director of GLOBIS, leading the Corporate Solutions business with a focus on human capital development, organizational capability building, and global business growth.
He began his career in the agribusiness industry before transitioning to the IT sector, where he worked in software sales, implementation consulting, and led organizational transformation initiatives for manufacturing companies. Since joining GLOBIS, he has supported clients across a wide range of industries in driving leadership development and organizational change, while also overseeing regional business operations, new service development, and divisional management.
In parallel, Mr. Itakura serves as a faculty member in Business Strategy at GLOBIS University, contributing to content development and teaching strategy and leadership in MBA, Executive Course, and corporate programs.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, an MBA from Bond University (Australia), and has completed executive programs at the Aspen Institute and London Business School.
