Yoichiro Kawajiri is a Director of the Faculty Group at GLOBIS Corporation. He is a lecturer for Japan/Asia/Global disciplines at GLOBIS University (Graduate School of Management) and leads executive development programs for numerous companies. His global contributions include playing a key role in the launch of GLOBIS’s entities in Shanghai, China, and Singapore, and leading major projects for developing global leaders within Japanese multinational corporations.
Prior to joining GLOBIS, Yoichiro served as a Management Consultant at Roland Berger. In this role, he advised clients on strategic planning and supported execution across various industries, gaining experience in cross-border projects. He leverages this extensive background in strategic management consulting to connect academic principles with practical, real-world application in his teaching.
Yoichiro holds a Master of Nonprofit Organizations (MNO) from Case Western Reserve University’s Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations and a degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo.
