Ms. Tomoko Kimijima began her career at McKinsey & Company, in strategic and organizational consulting for various companies in the food, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, finance, and infrastructure sectors. After joining GLOBIS, she now oversees the planning and operations of the Graduate School of Management as the Head of the school division. As a faculty member, she teaches subjects related to the realms of thinking and human aspects.
In addition to her academic roles, Ms. Kimijima serves as an external director at Rapport Hair Group Co., Ltd. She has co-authored the books IT Skills as Weapons Taught in Business Schools and AI x TECH Skills as Weapons Taught in Business Schools, and has translated the book Digital Shift Strategy Taught at Top Business Schools.
She graduated from the College of Liberal Arts at International Christian University and went on to receive her MA from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Tokyo. She also holds an MBA in career studies from Hosei University’s Graduate School of Business Administration.
