Kazuhiro Minami began his career at a consulting firm specialized in human resources and organizational development where he engaged in projects to enhance sales capabilities and organizational reform.
After joining GLOBIS, he worked in business client facing departments where he was in charge of acquiring new clients and training client’s next generation of managers and marketers. He developed the SMB market and later established a digital marketing team. Currently he leads the BtoB Marketing Division as a Managing Director and oversees everything from devising new business and marketing strategies to execution through inside sales and operations. In addition, he supervises cross-departmental digital transformation initiatives aimed at integrating customer data and improving customer experience.
At GLOBIS University, he teaches management strategy and marketing. He also contributes to the development of programs and curriculum related to BtoB and digital marketing drawing on his practical experience. Mr. Minami is also an external advisor to several start-up and venture companies where he provides expertise in business development for IPOs as well as marketing and sales areas.
He graduated from the College of Business Administration at Ritsumeikan University and obtained his MBA from GLOBIS University.
