Shoko Namba is Hub Leader of GLOBIS Indonesia. Prior to joining GLOBIS, she spent over 11 years at Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (Japan), Ltd., engaging in B2B sales and business development in the container shipping industry. After transitioning to the education sector, she gained experience in program planning, marketing, consultation, and customer success at a private university.
Since joining GLOBIS in 2019, she has been involved in student recruitment, business development, and B2C consultation for the English MBA program, supporting continuous enrollment expansion while taking on leadership responsibilities. As Hub Leader for GLOBIS Indonesia, she is committed to contributing to the global growth of the GLOBIS brand through close collaboration with local stakeholders and supporting the growing GLOBIS community in Indonesia in achieving their kokorozashi.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Teaching) from Osaka Kyoiku University and an MBA from GLOBIS University Graduate School of Management (English Program).
