GLOBIS nano-MBA Launches Gen AI-Driven Business Management Course and Upgrades AI Learning System GAiL to Version 3.0

CATEGORIES:GLOBIS UNIVERSITY

TOKYO (July 09, 2026)—GLOBIS University announced the launch of its newest nano-MBA course, Gen AI-Driven Business Management, alongside the deployment of GAiL 3.0, the latest iteration of its proprietary AI learning system. Developed to address the rapid integration of artificial intelligence in corporate environments, the new course and tool upgrade provide business professionals with practical, conversational frameworks to leverage generative AI strategically.

As generative AI shifts from a tool for efficiency to a strategic resource in corporate operations, businesses face a critical shortage of talent capable of driving AI-powered value creation. To bridge this gap, GLOBIS University is aiming to equip modern leaders with the AI literacy and practical execution skills needed to navigate changing market dynamics and drive measurable business outcomes.

Interactive AI-Driven Learning with GAiL 3.0

The nano-MBA program integrates practical exercises powered by GAiL, a short-answer AI learning system developed by the GLOBIS AI Management Education Research Institute (GAiMERi) and patented in April 2022.

GAiL 3.0 further evolves GLOBIS’s AI learning system from a static feedback tool into an interactive dialogue partner. The integration of this newest iteration creates an immersive, high-engagement environment where learners receive immediate and contextualized feedback to effectively cement knowledge and build practical business competencies.

The upgrade introduces three targeted exercise modalities designed to simulate real-world business scenarios:

  • Case Discussion: Generates a dynamic debate around business cases, with the AI playing a peer who challenges assumptions and introduces alternative strategic angles.
  • Role-Play: Places the learner in critical corporate conversations by having the AI personify specific stakeholders, such as a skeptical CFO or a frustrated team member.
  • Reflection Support: Facilitates deep self-assessment around career development, values, and leadership through targeted, probing questions.

GAiL 3.0 will be available for both upcoming nano-MBA courses:, Leadership and Career Vision and Gen AI-Driven Business Management.

Strategic Upskilling via Gen AI-Driven Business Management

The newest nano-MBA course Gen AI-Driven Business Management is designed for professionals across all organizational tiers and backgrounds who seek to lead value creation. The curriculum focuses on building a collaborative mindset that treats AI as an intellectual accelerator rather than a replacement for human judgment.

The course curriculum prepares professionals to navigate volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments using agile methodologies like hypothesis-driven thinking and prototyping. Through hands-on practice, learners grasp the underlying mechanisms powering generative AI alongside the professional judgment required for responsible AI risk management. The course teaches students to seamlessly integrate core AI capabilities into daily workflows to discover new opportunities for customer value creation.

The first Gen AI-Driven Business Management course will be offered from August 3 (Monday) to September 13 (Sunday).
Applications are open until July 26 from the nano-MBA website.
