GLOBIS Asia Campus Celebrates 10 Years

Singapore–August 2022 marks 10 years since the establishment of GLOBIS Asia Campus (GAC). Since 2012, the Singapore-based office has been supporting companies and businesspeople in Southeast Asia with corporate education.

In October 2019, offerings were expanded to include Pre-MBA courses for businesspeople in Singapore. The GAC office provides corporate training services to other countries in the ASEAN region including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and more.

10 Years of Excellence 

GAC President Tomoko Katsurayama, a former GLOBIS University lecturer specializing in marketing and strategy, has led the overseas office for over a decade and contributed greatly to its success. In June 2022, the GLOBIS Asia Campus hosted “10 Things Necessary to Be Active Overseas.” The event, held for businesspeople in Singapore and Thailand, welcomed approximately 200 people online and in person.

On September 28, 2022, GLOBIS Founder and President Yoshito Hori will be speaking at Essential Skills for Global Leaders During Technovate Era, a special seminar at the Westin Singapore (Japanese only).

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the many students and companies that have supported us since we opened our Southeast Asia campus in Singapore.

The Singapore office was established as our second overseas base after China and has evolved with the aim of helping leaders from Asia make great strides around the world.

In order to realize a better society, it is essential to have leaders who boldly create and innovate with aspirations in mind. GLOBIS will continue to promote the concept of Technovate. Together, we will push forward with leadership development and organizational transformation.
