GLOBIS Ranks 8th in GPTW Best Workplaces for Women 2026 Rankings! Recognized for Building an Organization That Turns Diversity into Strength
TOKYO (March 6, 2026)—GLOBIS Corporation was ranked 8th in the medium-sized company category among 683 participating companies of the 2026 edition of “Best Workplaces for Women”, a ranking by Great Place to Work® Institute Japan (GPTW Japan).
The ranking evaluates the results of surveys from female employees and key company data such as the ratio of female employees. It selects the top 10 companies by company size from among the “Certified Best Workplaces” that particularly excel in creating a rewarding work environment for women.
On February 6, 2026 GLOBIS also ranked 4th in the medium-sized company category of the 2026 edition of “100 Best Workplaces in Japan”.

The ratio of women on the management team exceeds 30%, while the ratios of female managers and female employees reached 36% and 57% respectively as of February 2026.
Both men and women are encouraged to take maternity/paternity and childcare leave. The return rate after maternity/childcare leave is 100%, demonstrating an environment where motivated employees can easily continue working.
GLOBIS has also established flexible work mechanisms, such as flextime, remote work, side-job allowance, and free-address seating. The office environment features an open and modern layout that includes a cafe, facilitating interaction, mutual understanding, and knowledge sharing among employees, resulting in enhanced creativity and productivity.
