GLOBIS Establishes First Middle East Office in Oman
MUSCAT (June 18,2026)–GLOBIS is proud to announce the launch of the GLOBIS Middle East Commercial Representative Office in Muscat, Oman, on June 15, 2026. Established by GLOBIS Europe, the office marks GLOBIS’s first presence in the Middle East and will support leadership development, business education, and collaboration between Oman, Japan, and the wider region.
The new office will offer corporate education programs, MBA courses, and leadership development initiatives while providing access to the broader GLOBIS ecosystem. Beyond business education, GLOBIS supports innovation and entrepreneurship through startup development, venture capital activities, and global networks that connect leaders, organizations, and emerging ventures. The Muscat office will serve as a platform for bringing these capabilities to Oman and the wider region.
GLOBIS and its European office has been actively engaged in Oman for several years through leadership programs, educational initiatives, partnerships, and events in Muscat. This relationship has been further strengthened by Yoshito Hori, Founder and President of GLOBIS, who has served on the International Board of Advisors of the Royal Academy of Management since 2025 and has visited Oman on numerous occasions.
Through its presence in Muscat, GLOBIS aims to contribute to Oman Vision 2040, particularly in leadership development, human capital advancement, innovation, and practical workforce training. The office will also support deeper cooperation between Oman and Japan across business, education, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
The establishment of GLOBIS Middle East office marks an important step in the organization’s long-term commitment to the region and its efforts to foster leadership, innovation, and cross-border collaboration. The official inauguration ceremony is planned for October 28, 2026 in Muscat.
