GLOBIS ensures a positive working environment for its employees through the GLOBIS Way, which outlines GLOBIS’s corporate philosophy, including the vision and mission, as well as action guidelines. It promotes alignment with the company’s core values of fostering collaboration and growth towards a shared corporate culture.
The “Diversity Way,” one of the policies from the GLOBIS Way, outlines how creation and innovation can be achieved in the organization by a diverse talent pool with mutual respect that leverages differences to generate new value. Based on the “Diversity Way,” GLOBIS actively recruits diverse talent and builds flexible organizations and systems where multitalented individuals can work collaboratively.
Through these efforts, GLOBIS creates an environment that leverages the power of diversity for business growth and cultivates a workplace where diverse talent can generate new creation and innovation.
An Organization That Supports the Success of Young Talent
GLOBIS fosters an environment where diverse talent can demonstrate high performance while working flexibly according to their respective life stages. Upon joining the company, younger employees are supported by onboarding supporters and through interviews with HR and department heads, helping them adapt to the workplace early on and clarify future goals and developmental challenges. Additionally, GLOBIS has established a mentor system that allows employees to consult with someone other than their direct supervisor, creating an environment where consultation is easily accessible.
Following the principle of providing opportunities for self-actualization, GLOBIS offers an internal transfer request system and a job posting system for career development. This allows employees to proactively apply for their desired departments or roles and take on new challenges.
GLOBIS has also established flexible work mechanisms, such as flextime, remote work, side-job allowance, and free-address seating. The office environment features an open and modern layout that includes a cafe, facilitating interaction, mutual understanding, and knowledge sharing among employees, resulting in enhanced creativity and productivity.

In addition, various initiatives aimed at self-actualization and understanding of the company philosophy are implemented, including lunches with the President in small groups, training sessions after the 1st and 3rd years of joining the company, company retreats where all employees discuss company policies and deepen interactions, and book reading groups.
GLOBIS invests significant resources in supporting the growth of each employee. In addition to a comprehensive onboarding support structure, financial support for professional self-development is offered, which not only covers GLOBIS educational programs such as the GLOBIS MBA and GLOBIS Unlimited but external opportunities as well. These systems support the development and career trajectory of GLOBIS employees.
To proactively respond to changes, spearhead technology-driven business innovation (Technovate), and accelerate global expansion, GLOBIS actively recruits uniquely talented individuals with diverse backgrounds, such as engineers, designers, and foreign nationals.
