GLOBIS University Partners with WELgee to Offer Scholarship for Refugee Students in Japan

Tokyo, Japan – In February 2023, GLOBIS University proudly partnered with WELgee to offer a scholarship for Japan-based refugee students enrolling in the Part-time & Online MBA Program. With more and more displaced people around the world, GLOBIS University aims to lower barriers to business education for all.

Requirements (overview):

Holder of a Designated Activities Visa (Refugee Applicants) issued by the Immigration Services Agency of Japan
Sufficient need of financial assistance
Outstanding results from the admissions screening
Acceptance to the Part-time & Online MBA Program in October 2023
A recommendation letter from WELgee
An essay stating career and program contribution intentions
Agreement to act in an ambassadorial role and, proactively supporting the GLOBIS community
Program completion and graduation
