GLOBIS Ranks 6th in GPTW 100 Best Workplaces in Japan 2025 Rankings, Marking 12 Consecutive Years on the List

Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo—GLOBIS Corporation was ranked 6th out of 657 participating companies in the medium-sized company category of the 2025 edition of “100 Best Workplaces in Japan”, a ranking by Great Place to Work® Institute Japan (GPTW Japan). This is the 12th consecutive year that GLOBIS has been selected for the Best Workplaces Award.

GLOBIS: Medium-sized category (100-999 employees) 6th place
GPTW Japan evaluates survey results and certifies companies that meet its standards as “Great Places to Work.” The assessment includes employee and company surveys on workplace conditions and policies, recognizing organizations that are both supportive and fulfilling. The top 100 certified companies with the highest job satisfaction are presented as the “100 Best Workplaces in Japan.” GLOBIS ranked among the Best 100 in the medium-sized category for the 12th consecutive year, recognized for its societal contributions, skill development opportunities, and work-life balance—key factors in job satisfaction.
GLOBIS ensures a positive working environment for their employees through the GLOBIS Way, which outlines GLOBIS’s corporate philosophy, including its vision and mission, as well as its action guidelines. It promotes alignment with the company’s core values to foster collaboration and growth towards a shared corporate culture.
In addition, GLOBIS has been emphasizing the importance of a diverse workforce as part of its constitution, manifested in its “Diversity Way”. In 2020, GLOBIS was featured as a case study (Japanese only) on establishing the “Work Style Way” and finding purpose in work during COVID-19. GPTW’s book “How to Create a Workplace Where People Want to Work” (Japanese only), features GLOBIS Founder & President Yoshito Hori. GLOBIS representatives also participated in GPTW-hosted lectures on building strong organizations and desirable workplaces.
The GLOBIS Work Style Way is a part of the GLOBIS Way, fostering a corporate culture and community that emphasizes relationship building through face-to-face interaction and flexibility through a technology-enhanced work style.
This includes a hybrid work style with three in-office days per week, monthly team-building activities, and annual company-wide retreats where members from various departments can exchange ideas and strengthen relationships.
