Ms. Megumi Kose started her career at Accenture, where she supported business and HR reform for listed companies, governments, and educational institutions. She moved on to JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), where she worked on a local development project in northern Vietnam.
Since joining GLOBIS, she has worked in corporate education and organizational development with corporate clients. She contributes to and oversees research, development projects, and faculty development activities. As a lecturer, she teaches Critical Thinking, Design Thinking, and Leadership Development. She is also an outside director of GAXI, INC.
She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tokyo, Sociology of Education, and her MFA from Kyoto University of Arts, Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Design. She has also completed INSEAD AIEP (Asian International Executive Program).
