GLOBIS Launches First Online Corporate Training with Ajinomoto in Brazil Sao Paulo and Tokyo Connect to Learn Critical Thinking
(Tokyo, Japan) GLOBIS Corporation launched its first real-time English online corporate training course, connecting its Tokyo campus with Ajinomoto’s Brazil Office in Sao Paulo. The course in Critical Thinking started in February this year and ends in May, with interactive online sessions on March 24 and April 24.
In the first live online class, 18 Brazilians and 3 Japanese stationed in Brazil connected with the GLOBIS Campus in Tokyo. The class was conducted in real-time, as the teacher and students interacted with each other without leaving their offices. Seiji Takagi, Director of Operations for Ajinomoto Brazil’s amino-science department, remarked, “The course content was easy to understand, and the online connection was smooth. Our Brazilian employees were eager to participate. The Japanese employees hope that this new ‘common language’ of critical thinking will improve how well they work together and bring greater operational efficiency.”
GLOBIS Corporate Education offers personnel training for overseas branches of Japanese corporations through two methods: 1) courses taught by faculty onsite at the overseas customers’ locations, and 2) connecting Japan and with the overseas branches via online internet connection.
GLOBIS Lecturer Gil Chavez conducts the online, real-time course discussion.
